Getting Started

What is ProTrader Platform?

ProTrader Platform connects your TradingView alerts to your broker accounts on MetaTrader 5 and cTrader. When an alert fires, we execute the trade on your behalf automatically.

How do I get started?

Create a free account, connect your broker account, and copy your unique webhook URL into your TradingView alerts. Your alerts will then trigger real trades automatically.

Which brokers are supported?

We support any broker that offers MetaTrader 5 or cTrader. This includes most major forex and CFD brokers worldwide.

Do I need a paid TradingView subscription?

You need at least a TradingView Pro plan to use webhook alerts. The free TradingView plan does not support webhooks.

TradingView Connection

How fast are trades executed?

Our system processes webhooks in under 30 milliseconds. The total execution time depends on your broker's speed, but most trades are placed within 100ms of the alert firing.

What types of orders are supported?

We support market orders, limit orders, stop orders, and stop-limit orders. You can also set take profit and stop loss levels in your alert message.

Can I use any TradingView indicator or strategy?

Yes. Any indicator or strategy that can generate an alert can be used. You just need to format the alert message according to our JSON format.

What happens if my broker connection drops?

We queue incoming webhooks and retry execution when the connection is restored. You'll receive a notification if a trade cannot be executed.

Trade Copier

How does the trade copier work?

Designate one account as your master. When a trade opens or closes on the master, it's automatically replicated on all follower accounts within milliseconds.

Can I copy between different brokers?

Yes. You can have a master account on MT5 and followers on cTrader, or any combination. We handle symbol mapping automatically.

How is lot size calculated for followers?

You can choose fixed lots, a multiplier of the master lot size, or proportional sizing based on account balance. Each follower can have different settings.

Can I exclude certain trades from being copied?

Yes. You can filter by symbol, allowing you to copy only specific instruments or exclude certain pairs from being copied.

Security

Is my broker data secure?

Yes. We use 256-bit SSL encryption for all connections. Your broker credentials are encrypted at rest using AES-256 and never stored in plain text.

Can you withdraw funds from my account?

No. Our integration is trade-only. We cannot access your broker's deposit/withdrawal functions or view your personal banking information.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

You can export your trade history before canceling. After cancellation, your account data is retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted.

Billing

Is there a free plan?

Yes. Our free plan includes 1 broker account, TradingView webhooks, and 100 trades per month. It's perfect for testing or light personal use.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel your subscription at any time and continue using the service until the end of your billing period.

Do you offer refunds?

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you're not satisfied, contact support for a full refund.
